COURSE: 5K - Dark and scary! and unfortunately not ghost free!. Multi-surface, grass, track and towpath. Well signed, marshaled and self-illuminated. Kilometre markers with lead and sweeper bikes. Click here

PROFILE: predominantly flat and fast

TIMING: chip timing with results posted on race web site within 24 hours

AMENITIES: limited changing, showering and toilets available within race HQ

DRINKS: pre/post race water but NO water on the course. Hot drinks including pumpkin soup available at race HQ

RACE PACK PICK UP: Race number and race chip to be collected in person on the night at race HQ (race packs will not be posted)

AWARDS: 1st male and 1st female
